OTP Verification

To ensure secure access, users may be required to verify their mobile number using OTP authentication services.

Clinic Responsibilities

Clinics and healthcare professionals are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate appointment schedules
  • Managing patient information responsibly
  • Ensuring clinic details remain updated
  • Handling patient interactions professionally
  • Verifying the validity of doctors’ licenses, registrations, qualifications, and credentials before onboarding them to the clinic.
  • Ensuring that all healthcare professionals associated with the clinic are legally authorized to practice.
  • Taking full responsibility for the conduct, services, and interactions of doctors and healthcare professionals associated with the clinic.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Use the platform for unlawful activities
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the system
  • Disrupt or interfere with platform operations
  • Upload harmful or malicious content
  • Misuse patient or clinic information

Service Availability

We strive to keep the platform available and functional at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for downtime caused by technical issues, maintenance, internet failures, or third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

Apna Health Expert is not responsible for:

  • User-entered incorrect information

  • Losses resulting from unauthorized account access

Subscription & Refund Policy

Apna Health Expert operates on a freemium model. Users can access the platform with a free plan, while continued usage beyond the free usage limits or trial period may require an active paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, users agree to the applicable pricing, billing, and service terms.

Users may request a refund within 5 days from the date of payment. If the refund request is approved, the payment will be refunded through the original payment method.

After 5 days from the payment date, all payments will be considered non-refundable.

Apna Health Expert reserves the right to review and reject refund requests in cases involving misuse, policy violations, or suspicious activity.

We reserve the right to update subscription plans, pricing, usage limits, or platform features at any time with reasonable notice.
